1. Reserve your class on Wodify

2. Check-in on Wodify when you get there

3. Wait in your car until your class

4. Put on your mask

5. Move to your square

6. Maintain your distance

Novice / Advanced (WOD)

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. It is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.

Competition Class

It is specifically for those who are focused on maximizing their Open, Regional performances, or in any local competition.

Mobility

Mobility cultivates health and wellbeing (physical, emotional, mental and social) through the regular practice of a range of many different motions, including postures and movement, breathe awareness and breathing exercises, relaxation and concentration.

Olympic lifting Specialty Class

ΣtiGmA Oly is our barbell lifting class! This class provides athletes with work on their technique in the olympic lifts. Classes will include drills to improve the lifts and work on increasing strength and power as well as performing the lifts themselves. Plus… it’s fun to throw around heavy weight!

Personal Classes

We are proud to announce that we are now offering Personal Training packages. Most sessions are 1-on-1 but we can add 1-2 other people if you have a family member or friend interested in training with you.

Training is one element of your fitness and wellbeing. At ΣtiGmA Box we want to provide you with the knowledge and resources to enhance your training and improve wellbeing and performance in your daily life.
